The Sailfin Algae Blenny, otherwise known as the Lawnmower Blenny, the Rock Blenny, and the Jewelled Rockskipper, are greenish-tan mottled colored fish. Their translucent fins are rather unique in shape and are accented with intricate spots and patterns.
It is best to keep these fish in a 30 gallon tank or larger with caves for hiding, live rock and peaceful tankmates. The Sailfin Algae Blenny is best kept singly, but can be kept as mated pairs..
Diet
The diet of the Sailfin Algae Blenny should include: natural algae, vegetable matter, herbivore preparations, and spirulina.
