The Singapore Angelfish, otherwise known as the Vermiculated Angelfish, are blue lipped, yellow nosed, white-black bodied angelfish. Their body structure is similar to the butterflyfish, curved and elongated. Their dorsal and anal fins are lined with a pale bright blue and their caudal fins are a translucent yellow.
It is best to house the Singapore Angelfish in a 120 gallon tank or larger with live rock for grazing and plenty of hiding places. Keep in mind if you have a reef aquarium, these fish are prone to nipping at stony and soft corals (sessile invertebrates) and clam mantles. Also be aware that they are rather shy and have trouble adapting into new environments, so it would be best to put them in an aquarium that is quiet with non-aggressive tank mates.
The diet of the Singapore Angelfish should include: frozen shrimp, mysis, and other meaty foods.
