Zebra Barred Dartfish (Ptereleotris zebra)
The Zebra Barred Dartfish, otherwise known as the Bar Goby, the Zebra Dart Goby, the Barred Dartfish, the Chinese Zebra Goby, and the Zebra Goby, are a colorful rendition of a zebra. They are green bodied with neon blue eyes and vertical orange stripes that run across the sides of their bodies.
It is best to house the Zebra Barred Dartfish in a 30 gallon tank or larger with coral, plants, and a sandy bottom to ensure a healthy environment. These fish do well in small groups rather than living alone as singles, but they do need to be introduced at the same time to avoid stress.
Diet
The diet of the Zebra Barred Dartfish should include: mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and frozen or fresh chopped seafood.
